the brief

M.W. Kellogg, a full-service engineering, procurement and construction contractor that caters to major international oil and gas companies across the world, worked with Constructive Workspace to project manage the refurbishment of their management offices located at their headquarters in Greenford, West London.

the solution

The new management suite – comprised of a 75-seat auditorium, private offices, an open-plan working environment and the chief executive’s office – uses multi-service chilled beam technology to bring Kellogg significant energy cost savings. This feature, along with the new re-designed layout, has also allowed the company to accommodate a greater number of people while providing the scalability for any future planned growth.

The project won Constructive Workspace an award from M.W. Kellogg for the safe and successful completion of their office refurbishment.
