Pathway Capital Management creates and manages specialised private equity funds for institutional investors worldwide. When the company embarked on developing its UK presence, it was clear that they required a high specification base in London that complemented the simultaneous role out in the US.

Constructive designed an impressive and functional suite that would be well received by clients and visitors, with an emphasis on a clean, contemporary look with corporate undertones prescript by the organisation’s parent company.

The centre of the office space was designed to become the transitional environment due to its proximity to the lifts and entrance, and it is here that the formula is set with regards to style, aesthetic and palette which continue throughout the remainder of the space.
