Scottish Widows operate a vibrant, bustling call centre and wanted to create a workplace that reflected these attributes. A solution was required that was sustainable, cost-effective and aesthetically pleasing.

the solution

Constructive was involved with the project from the product evaluation stage. The development was carried out using carefully selected furnishings from leading manufacturers to ensure the highest environmental standards and minimal components. Constructive worked closely with Scottish Widows’ project team, consulting them on the layout and design of the space, selecting product finishes and managing the installation process.

the result

Encouraging feedback from the Scottish Widows staff has had a positive impact on the company, illustrating how workplace design and product selection can improve the performance of a business. Working closely with the client has also resulted in greater flexibility and efficiency with regards to cost per square metre of space. Constructive continues to work with Scottish Widows in developing new and exciting workspaces.
