the brief

When The Building Societies Association (BSA) lease ended and it was time to look for new premises, they took the opportunity to completely reassess and change the way they work. With offices spread over four floors and no meeting facility, BSA was determined to move to offices where staff could work together on one floor, allowing greater collaboration between different departments.

the solution

Constructive was commissioned to completely refurbish BSA’s new offices on London’s Kingsway, including partitioning, lighting, floor and wall coverings. Along with a stylish reception area, a versatile meeting suite was designed to accommodate both small and large meetings.

the result

The trade association now has an office that enhances productivity, is a pleasant place to work and also allows for their numerous members’ events to be held in-house.
