the brief

In order to integrate a new human resources organisation, the national management team and a staff restaurant into its existing listed building, Constructive was tasked with a 40,000sq ft refurbishment of the 2nd floor, Walton Court Building.

the solution

After an extensive property review we undertook a phased refurbishment. As well as a state-of-the-art, 200 cover restaurant with theatre cooking, we delivered a world-class open office space, meeting room suites and a futuristic conference centre.

the result

The open plan environment provides a variety of work settings from bookable space to informal areas for meetings of all types. Staff found their environment a dynamic and attractive place to work. We enjoy an ongoing relationship with Unilever and continue to upgrade the building.
