With over 12 years experience within the Facilities Management and Property market, he understands modern workplace cultures and advises different sector clients on all the elements involved in the creation of successful working environments. J-P also has specialist knowledge within the charities and not-for-profit sector, lecturing regularly on the topic to professional bodies and leading Facilities & Property specialists.
Prior to joining Constructive Group in 2007, he sat on the board of an environmental and charitable organisation, servicing many of the world’s leading brands and FTSE 100 companies by helping their FM departments enhance their CSR activities, involvement and performance.
